Moved to Japan and back to the states in 2012 - resting at Norfolk State University-Client Services Help Desk Sept 2012, IT Operations as of July 2015, Project Analyst of the Project Management Office as of Jan 2020. ITIL Foundation-ITSM certified with Project Management Hampton Roads Chapter membership, currently immersed in AGILE, WATERFALL, & Hybrid methodologies for IT projects and many personal endeavors. I use Microsoft Project software (very good) and the LEAN method. I absolutely LOVE poetry and rainstorms, interested in visual art, and a mouse is my favorite piece of technology ever!
